We are here!

It is amazing how the aroma of many foreign countries all are similar. Diesel, trash and burning rubber are the ingredients for the potpourris here in India, if my nose serves me correctly.

The weather channel for once got it right as well and it is H-O-T.

Outside of those expected challenges, everything else has been a major upside suprise. Our Indian friends met us here in the airport and they are great. It will be a great week to work and worship together with them.

Jesus tells us in John 7:37 - "If any one thirsts, let Him come to me and drink. 38 Whoever believes in me ,as the scripture has said, 'Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water". I learned last night that among our 800 children 6-18 that we will be working with most are Hindu and Muslim (98% or so). It was confirmed that most had never heard of Jesus,at least in His true identity as the fully God, fully man savior- redeemer. What an honor we have to tell them!

There are lots and lots of thirsty souls here. I pray that God works His power through us in a rather large way...it is His will.

  1. Praying for all of you! Praying for the gospel to be heard! Praying for the love of Christ to be felt and received! Praying for your teams physical stength for heat tolerance, and to multiply your efforts while giving you all that you need to accomplish your tasks! May God be glorified and clearly seen!
